With his years of experience as a former player, current coach with the Philadelphia Union for the past 7 years, and 5 years college coaching experience, Coach Mik has honed his abilities to coach athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds. He prides himself in fostering a positive and safe environment to help athletes reach their fullest potential by listening to their goals and encouraging them to push their limits. Coach Mik specializes in player development as he has years of experience in generating curriculums and creating training sessions that will push athletes to develop technically, tactically, and mentally. By founding JoBo Development Academy, he is able to share his lifelong passion to develop elite athletes and his love for the game.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

With a distinguished background in legal practice and accounting, Becka’s ability to bridge the gap between legal requirements and day-to-day operations helps JoBo Development Academy run smoothly, whether it’s overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing policies, or spearheading compliance initiatives. Her meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that training sessions, matches, and events run smoothly. From handling logistics and scheduling to managing administrative tasks, Becka navigates the complexities of running a soccer program with grace and efficiency. By founding JoBo Development Academy, she is able to pursue her passion in marketing and program coordination.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
